About Tardfactor
About Tardfactor
Tardfactor was created as an outlet for our ideas and experiences with raiding, raid leadership, and guild competition at the top end. We are passionate about raiding and leadership and we have a lot to share. Being able to draw on our experiences in one of the top guilds in the world as well as having our finger of the pulse of the top end raiding community allows us to provide insight that you may not be able to find elsewhere.
About Trouble
Trouble has been an officer in Fusion since June of 2006 and has been raiding in World of Warcraft since April of 2005. He has raided and raid led extensively as: Druid (restoration, balance), Mage, Priest (holy, shadow), and Hunter. He has played nearly every class and spec in a raid at least a handful of times. Trouble’s passion lies in guild and raid leading theory as well as following the community and interactions between high end raiding guilds.
About Kyth
Kyth is currently a raider in Fusion and has been an officer in raiding guilds in World of Warcraft and Everquest. She is the proprietor and primary writer for StratFu and also produces many high quality raiding strategy videos. Kyth has raided in WoW as a Mage and a Warlock. Kyth’s passion is for general leadership, strategizing, optimization, and analysis.
About Fusion
Fusion is the guild that the writers of Tardfactor belong to. Fusion slowly climbed from its humble beginnings as an average guild at the end of 2005 to the top 10 US guild and top 30 World guild that it is today. Fusion currently only has two leaders: Bazz (the GM) and Trouble. Fusion’s membership is composed entirely of extensively experienced raiders, the majority of which had been officers, raid leaders, and GMs in previous guilds. Fusion maintains a relatively modest raiding schedule for its level of progression, maxing out around 20 hours of raiding a week during progression and about 10 hours a week during lulls between content. Fusion’s focus is on efficiency in raiding and in overall excellence in performance. Fusion pushes itself to achieve above and beyond simple progression by pushing to finish achievements and create videos for full instance speed runs and creative boss tactics.
